Smith Prayer & Praise - May 2007

*Click below for a few prayer items for May 2007

"When He had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints." Revelation 5:8 (NASB)

We praise God for our faithful prayer supporters. God sees your prayers as something very valuable, and so do we. Here are a few prayer items:

- We praise God that Bryan has successfully completed his classes at Lancaster Bible College. It was a busy, but good last couple of weeks for us.
- Please pray for our transition back to Mexico. Pray specifically for Kendra, Tara, and Ben as they begin to deal with the reality of our move back to Mexico.
- Please pray that we would stay firm in our relationship with the Lord in the midst of our busy schedule and transitions.

Visit our website for a further update through pictures.

Praising God for You,
Bryan, Lori, Kendra, Tara, & Ben

FAMILY

We had the 5 Fernald girls with us while their parents went out for a date. Our neighbor girl, Faith, helped us take care of them. Here we are taking them on a tour of the dairy farm.

We still had some snow flurries Easter week

The kids had fun decorating Easter eggs

Living on a dairy farm has been great! Bryan and the kids love to help the farmer out.

On April 14 we celebrated Lori's birthday at one of our favorite Lancaster County restaurants, Country Table. Their bakery makes incredible cakes!

On April 18 Kendra raced her pinewood derby car in the Pioneer Club Pinewood Derby races

Kendra & Tara had "hat day" at school

Bryan is playing on our church softball team. The whole family has enjoyed going to the games.

Some of this month's favorite pictures of the kids with Emma, the baby we care for a few days a week

The kids with their Uncle Eric Weaver who was in the area for a missions conference

Tara enjoying the Spring weather outdoors

MINISTRY

Fellowship with friends and supporters, the Hurlbert family

We enjoyed lunch and an afternoon with friends and supporters, the Bowman family

We were involved in a missions conference at Christian Fellowship Church in New Holland, PA, including helping with a kids craft, speaking at a "coffee house" event, attending a ladies tea, and sharing an update during Sunday School. We also enjoyed spending some time in fellowship with some of the church people. Pictured here are the Umble family and our girls with Brittany Sensenig. It was a great conference!
